PORTSMOUTH, Va. (Oct. 30, 2020) Gabriel Crespo, a contractor for American Scaffold, uses a hammer to put a diagonal pipe in place on the flight deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75). Truman is currently in Norfolk Naval Shipyard for its Extended Carrier Incremental Availability (ECIA) period.
