Wade Blizzard, the commanding officer of U.S. Navy Support Facility Diego Garcia, presents a letter of commendation and an award to Ritchie Columns, the Navy Gateway Inns and Suites (NGIS) program manager, on U.S. Navy Support Facility Diego Garcia for the selection as the runner-up Navy Lodging Program Manager of the Year Nov. 2020. NGIS provides lodging to DOD and Military Members around the world.
