U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa/6th Fleet, headquartered in Naples, is partnering with the Defense Security Cooperation Agency's (DSCA) Humanitarian Assistance Program and the US Mission in Italy to provide critical medical equipment and supplies to local hospitals in Naples, Gaeta, and Sicily to replenish stocks depleted after heavy demand during the COVID pandemic.
