ATLANTIC OCEAN (Nov. 11, 2020) The Military Sealift Command fast combat support ship USNS Arctic (T-AOE 8) pulls alongside the aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78) during a replenishment-at-sea, Nov. 11, 2020. Under the leadership of Carrier Strike Group 12, Gerald R. Ford is underway in the Atlantic Ocean conducting first-ever integrated carrier strike group operations with Carrier Air Wing 8, Destroyer Squadron 2 and their Air and Missile Defense Commander, Commanding Officer of USS Gettysburg (CG 64).
