YIGO, Guam (Nov. 3, 2020) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Detail Guam, break ground with an excavator and a skidsteer to begin building an expedient small asset protection structure on Anderson Air Force Base to support training capabilities for the U.S. Air Force 554th RED HORSE Squadron. NMCB-3 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
