PACIFIC OCEAN (Oct. 25, 2020) The landing signalman directs an MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter from Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 3 during deck landing qualifications aboard the Independence-variant littoral combat ship USS Tulsa (LCS 16).
