Trisha Kelly, chief staff officer and executive officer of Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron (MSRON) 11, operates a Sea Ark 34-foot patrol boat under instruction from Chief Boatswain�s Mate Ken Dequena, patrol lead of MSRON 11 during an inbound transit off the coast of Long Beach, California.
