PORT HUENEME, Calif. (Sept. 23, 2020) Builder 3rd Class Matthew Fouch, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, prepares a mounted crew-served weapon on a Humvee for a patrol. NMCB-4 is exercising the capability to construct and defend an advance naval base.
