PORT HUENEME, Calif. (Sept. 23, 2020) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 inspect a mock casualty for injuries at the battalion aid station. NMCB-4 is exercising the capability to construct and defend an advance naval base. Seabees are the expeditionary engineering and construction experts of the naval service providing task-tailored, adaptable and combat-ready engineering and construction forces that deploy to support global Navy objectives.
