PORT HUENEME, Calif. (Sept. 22, 2020) Builder Constructionman Joseph Robichaud and Builder 2nd Class Joseph McEvoy, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, transport lumber for the construction of tent decks at a field training exercise. NMCB-4 is exercising the capability to construct an advance naval base. Seabees are the expeditionary engineering and construction experts of the naval service providing task-tailored, adaptable and combat-ready engineering and construction forces that deploy to support global Navy objectives.
