SANTA RITA, Guam (Oct. 20, 2020) Utilitiesman Constructionman Calvin Rice, from San Antonio, Texas and deployed with the major combat operations and humanitarian assistance and disaster response (HA/DR) capability of Task Force 75, sprays down pallets during a 48-hour, mount-out exercise (MOX) on Camp Covington in Santa Rita, Guam.
