DEDEDO, Guam (Oct. 16, 2020) Sailors from Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Marianas and Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 133 pour and lay a cement foundation during a community relations project at Okkodo High School in Dededo. Seabees from NAVFAC Marianas and NMCB 133 partnered with the Guam Amateur Baseball Association to lay concrete pads for bleachers at the high school's baseball field.
