Rich Rhinehart prepare to cut the ribbon signifying the conversion completion of Perch - Pickerel unaccompanied housing. The conversion solved an unaccompanied housing shortage on Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor while increasing billeting and improving the quality of life for junior submarine Sailors.
