Bill Merz, commander, U.S. 7th Fleet, presides over the change of command ceremony of commander, Task Force (CTF) 75 through video teleconference aboard the forward-deployed U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19). CTF 75 is 7th Fleet's primary expeditionary task force and is responsible for the planning and execution of maritime security operations, explosive ordnance disposal, diving, engineering and construction, and underwater construction.
