PACIFIC OCEAN (Sept. 28, 2020) Coast Guard Machinery Technician 2nd Class Joel Heagy confirms the ridged-hull inflatable boat (RHIB) is ready to launch from the Cyclone-class coastal patrol ship USS Tornado (PC 14). Tornado is deployed to the U.S. 4th Fleet area of operations to support Joint Interagency Task Force South's mission, which includes counter illicit drug trafficking in the Caribbean and Eastern Pacific.
