ARABIAN SEA (Sept. 6, 2020) Boatswain�s Mate 1st Class Kristopher Owens, right, from Long Beach, Calif., and Boatswain�s Mate 2nd Class Rim Latdrik, from Keene, Texas, both assigned to the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Princeton (CG 59), clear the rotor arc of an MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter, from the �Battlecats� of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 37, during vertical replenishment-at-sea training. Princeton is part of Nimitz Carrier Strike Group and is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations to ensure maritime stability and security in the Central Region, connecting the Mediterranean Sea and Pacific Ocean through the western Indian Ocean and three critical chokepoints to the free flow of global commerce.
