SAN DIEGO (Aug. 9, 2020) Cryptologic Technician (Maintenance) 1st Class Arthur Phillips, assigned to the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Lake Erie (CG 70), collects care packages from the family and friends of Sailors assigned to Lake Erie at the Navy Exchange (NEX) Autoport, San Diego, Aug. 9, 2020.
