GROTON, Conn. (Sept. 18, 2020) Sailors shift colors on board the Los Angeles-class submarine USS Toledo (SSN 769) at Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, Conn. The flag raising was conducted to honor Cmdr. Joseph Pestar Jr., former Toledo Sailor and retiring commanding officer of the Navy's Priority Material Office in Bremerton, Wash.
