DIEGO GARCIA, British Indian Ocean Territory (Sept. 18, 2020) Command Master Chief Andrew Zalewski, the command master chief of U.S. Navy Support Facility Diego Garcia, recovers an old buoy that washed ashore during a beach cleanup Sept. 18, 2020. Litter regularly washes ashore from the Indian Ocean, so Sailors and civilians on the island frequently conduct beach cleanups to help protect Diego Garcia's plant and animal life.
