Todd Mahar, Director of Operations and Training with the Expeditionary Warfare Training Group, Atlantic, briefs senior leaders including Acting Under Secretary of the Navy Hon. Gregory J. Slavonic, at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story, Norfolk, Virginia, Sept. 11, 2020.
