Ethan Millisor, a crisis response team member with Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Platoon, Headquarters Battalion, 3d Marine Division, ascends with a simulated casualty during a rope rescue technicians course at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Okinawa, Japan, July 29, 2020. The CBRN Platoon conducted rescue training at a cave as part of an ongoing ropes course, in order to maintain proficiency in specialized rescue techniques.
