GULFPORT, Miss. (Sept. 11, 2020) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1 observe the raising of the U.S. flag to honor and recognize those who were killed or injured during the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attack.
