GULFPORT, Miss. (Sept. 11, 2020) Chief Equipment Operator Joshua Mynear and Chief Builder Azzim Williams, both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1, prepare to raise the U.S. flag to honor and recognize those who were killed or injured during the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attack.
