BALBOA, Panama (Sept. 6, 2020) Sailors handle lines during a sea and anchor evolution aboard the Cyclone-class coastal patrol ship USS Tornado (PC 14) as the ship pulls into Balboa, Panama for fuel and provisions. Tornado is deployed to the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility to support Joint Interagency Task Force South's mission, which includes counter illicit drug trafficking in the Caribbean Sea and eastern Pacific Ocean.
