JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii (Sep. 2, 2020) Sailors assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Michael Murphy (DDG 112) salute during the 75th Anniversary of the End of World War II commemoration ceremony held aboard the Battleship Missouri Memorial at Pearl Harbor. The events of WWII remain a historic reminder of how the dedicated resolve of allies with a common purpose and shared vision built proven partnerships that endure.
