OAHU, Hawaii (Sep. 2, 2020) Sailors assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Michael Murphy (DDG 112) stand at attention while passing the Battleship Missouri Memorial during the 75th Anniversary of the End of World War II commemoration ceremony at Pearl Harbor. The events of WWII remain a historic reminder of how the dedicated resolve of allies with a common purpose and shared vision built proven partnerships that endure.
