SOUTH CHINA SEA (Aug. 31, 2020) Ensign Patricia Walker, from San Antonio, Texas, serves as Junior Officer of the Deck (JOOD) aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Halsey (DDG 97) during a replenishment-at-sea (RAS) from the pilot house, with the Lewis and Clark-class dry-cargo ship USNS Washington Chambers (T-AKE 11).
