(Aug. 28, 2020) Builder 2nd Class Keith Wilkins, from Yakima, Washington, assigned to Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Northwest uses a "concrete float" to further smooth out the concrete. The new sidewalk ensures that there is an ADA access from the rear parking lot of the Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor Litehouse School-Age Care Center to the front of the building.
