(Aug. 27, 2020) Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Russell Smith speaks with Sailors assigned to Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (NNPTC) during an all-hands call at NNPTC. Smith visited NNPTC to engage with Sailors, tour the facility, and observe the schoolhouse's active learning curriculum and processes.
