EAST CHINA SEA (Aug. 24, 2020) Damage Controlman 3rd Class Quiana Quezada, from St. Petersburg, Fla., assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Halsey (DDG 97), maintains a fresh-water hose reel.
