Wade Blizzard, the commanding officer of U.S. Navy Support Facility Diego Garcia, supervises a table-top drill in the base Emergency Operations Center during Exercise Citadel Pacific 2020 (CP-20), Aug. 26, 2020. Exercise Citadel Pacific is an anti-terrorism/force protection exercise conducted by Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) on Navy installations in the Pacific region.
