HACHINOHE, Japan (Aug. 26, 2020) Sailors and Master Labor Contractors assigned to Naval Air Facility (NAF) Misawa stand watch at the entrance to the NAF Misawa Fuel terminal in Hachinohe, Japan during Exercise Citadel Pacific. Exercise Citadel Pacific is an anti-terrorism/force protection exercise conducted by Commander, Navy Installations Command on Navy installations in the Pacific region.
