SANTA RITA, Guam (Aug. 12, 2020) Builder 2nd Class Micaela Tennant, from Raymond, Wash., assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, uses a leveler to seal a concrete column for the construction of a pavilion for the U.S. Coast Guard on board Naval Base Guam.
