Loiselle, Commander, Carrier Strike Group Four (CSG-4,) gives opening remarks at the Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) Staff Planning Course (AMSPC) hosted by Expeditionary Warfare Training Group, Atlantic (EWTGLANT.)
