Kevin Hoffman, the commanding officer of the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Philippine Sea (CG 58), that the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS John Lenthall (T-AO 189) is preparing to maneuver into position before conducting a replenishment-at-sea (RAS).
