SANTA RITA, Guam (July 29, 2020) Crane Operator Construction Mechanic 2nd Class Anthony Galli, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1, lifts a Humvee during a turnover lift between NMCB-1 and NMCB-133. The turnover lift is performed by the outgoing and incoming battalions as part of the battalion evaluation equipment program to demonstrate the crane is in proper working order.
