SAN DIEGO (July 25, 2020) Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Cordre Peterson medically screens Marines with Battalion Landing Team 1/4, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), for symptoms of COVID-19 before they embark aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS San Diego (LPD 22) at Naval Base San Diego. All personnel are implementing the necessary protocols and procedures to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 while continuing to perform mission-essential tasks during training.
