Victor Richardson, deck clerk, with CLR-3, 9th Engineer Support Battalion (ESB), 3rd MLG, verify the backload plan of the Watson-class vehicle cargo ship USNS Dahl (T-AKR-312) during an operation to backload equipment originally moved to offload an expeditionary medical facility (EMF). The EMF will provide expanded medical capabilities in support of DoD’s COVID-19 response and will enable forces to be postured to support Guam and the region if a Defense Support of Civil Authorities mission is requested.
