Stennis (CVN 74) in Norfolk, Virginia, July 22, 2020. Phillips visited the John C. Stennis as part of Task Force One Navy, an initiative to combat discrimination in the Navy. The John C. Stennis is partnering with Newport News Shipbuilding to complete Refueling Complex Overhaul on schedule with a trained, resilient and cohesive crew.
