200721-N-NC885-2016 INDIAN OCEAN (July 21, 2020) Sailors on board the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Sterett (DDG 104) man the rails and wave to an Indian Navy destroyer INS Rana (D 52) after completing a cooperative exercise in the Indian Ocean. The Nimitz Carrier Strike Group, consisting of the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68), the Ticonderoga-class guided missile cruiser USS Princeton (CG 59) and the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyers USS Sterett (DDG 104) and USS Ralph Johnson (DDG 114), along with Indian Navy ships Rana, Sahyadri, Shivalik and Kamorta, are currently participating in a cooperative deployment in the Indian Ocean.
