Russ Caldwell, the commanding officer of the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Antietam (CG 54) observes the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Princeton (CG 59) from Antietam's bridge port bridge wing. Antietam is part of the Reagan Carrier Strike Group (CSG). The aircraft carriers USS Nimitz (CVN 68) and USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) and their CSGs are conducting dual carrier operations in the South China Sea as the Nimitz Carrier Strike Force.
