(Dec. 27, 2015) Equipment Operator 2nd Class Robert Lasick of Roseville, Calif., assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, operates a bulldozer to remove rocks from the quarry floor to create a level working surface. NMCB 3 is homeported in Port Hueneme, Calif.a, and is currently deployed to Okinawa, Japan. Its mission is to support Navy and joint forces throughout the U.S. Pacific Command with construction projects and humanitarian missions in more than 13 different geographical locations.
