151216-N-ZZ999-001 CHINHAE, Republic of Korea (Dec. 16, 2015) Construction Electrician 3rd Class Ivan Glagola, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, takes elevations of recently placed concrete for the first section of the driveway leading to the new Commander, Fleet Activities Chinhae cold storage warehouse. NMCB-3 is homeported in Port Hueneme, Calif., and is deployed to Okinawa, Japan. Its mission is to support Navy and joint forces throughout the U.S. Pacific Command with construction projects and humanitarian missions in more than 13 geographical locations.
