SOUTH CHINA SEA – (Dec. 14, 2015) – Aviation Electronics Technician 2nd Class Denice Woods and Aviation Electrician’s Mate 1st Class Aalee Sykes traverse the flight deck aboard USS Fort Worth (LCS 3) after doing system checks on an MH-60R Seahawk helicopter from Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM-35). Currently on a rotational deployment in support of the Asia-Pacific Rebalance, Fort Worth is a fast and agile warship tailor-made to patrol the region’s littorals and work hull-to-hull with partner navies, providing 7th Fleet with the flexible capabilities it needs now and in the future.
