NORFOLK (Dec. 11, 2015) Rear Adm. Bruce H. Lindsey reports to U.S. Fleet Forces Commander Adm. Philip Davidson that he has relieved Rear Adm. Richard W. Butler as commander of Carrier Strike Group 4 during a change of command and retirement ceremony, Dec. 11. Butler retires after more than 32 years of Naval service.
