Stafford, assigned to the forward-deployed Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Stethem (DDG 63), marks the course and speed in preparation for an underway-replenishment with the Fleet Replenishment Oiler USNS Tippecanoe (T-AO 199) during Annual Exercise (AE) 16 while the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Antietam (CG 62) is seen taking on fuel.
