151120-N-WO404-235 ATLANTIC OCEAN (Nov. 20, 2015) Naval Air Crewman (Helicopter) 3rd Class Travis Smart, assigned to the "Black Knights" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 4, uses a search-and-rescue winch aboard an MH-60S Seahawk helicopter. UNITAS 2015, the U.S. Navy's longest running annual multinational maritime exercise, is part of the Southern Seas deployment planned by U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command/U.S. 4th Fleet. This iteration of UNITAS is conducted in two phases: UNITAS PACIFIC, hosted by Chile in October 2015 and UNITAS Atlantic hosted by Brazil in November.
