Marsh, commanding officer of the forward-deployed Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Stethem (DDG 63) waves farewell to the People’s Liberation Army Navy Jiangkai II class guided-missile frigate Xuzhou (FFG 530) after participating in a Code for Unplanned Encounters at Sea (CUES) and a search-and-rescue (SAR) exercise.
