Timothy Poe, the former commanding officer of the Los Angeles-class fast attack submarine USS Santa Fe (SSN 763), and retired submarine veteran Master Chief John Dugan, representing the United States Submarine Veterans Inc., present a lei in memory of USS S-28 (SS 133) at a Veterans Day ceremony at the historic USS Parche Submarine Park and Memorial at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.
