151110-N-BB269-260 PHILIPPINE SEA (Nov. 10, 2015) Boatswain�s Mate 2nd Class Jonathan Hobbs, the landing signalman enlisted aboard the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Chancellorsville (CG 62), waves off a Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) SH-60J SeaHawk Helicopter, assigned to the JMSDF Akizuki-class destroyer JS Teruzuki (DD 116), on the flight deck during flight quarters aboard the ship.
